• The applicant must be a foreign student.
  
• Candidates who have successfully completed their country's GSE Scholarship examination
  
• For applicants, a full-time program is necessary.
  
• Candidates must demonstrate their proficiency in English.
  
• The Global Scholarship Exam (GSE) must be taken by applicants in South Africa, Vietnam, Mongolia, and Chad.
